Cozy Nest provides custom furniture manufacturing and interior design services. All projects are subject to individual contracts that detail specific scope, timelines, and costs.
3. Custom Orders
For customized furniture, a deposit is typically required before production begins. Once production has started on a custom piece, orders cannot be cancelled or fully refunded.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Cozy Nest and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Cozy Nest. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Cozy Nest be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website or our services.
